We reserve the right to periodically evaluate these costs and adjust to keep them current with the market rate, any changes will be announced in the weekly stocklist email.
If there is an issue with a Freetime keg or cask, please contact us immediately to diagnose the problem.
If the keg or cask was purchased within the past 30 days and the current weight of the container can be provided, we will issue a refund in the form of a credit note.
If you return a product to us unused (outer packaging, seals & caps intact) within 30 days of the delivery date, we are happy to issue a refund the item in the form of a credit note or arrange an exchange for a similar product.
